Well what can I say , everyone who works at the shop are fantastic their customer service is 100% very friendly and always happy to give advice on the clothing or just happy to chat ! . The products that are there are very good quality and affordable. Even my husband doesn’t mind going in a picking up my online orders he always says they put him at ease considering it’s a women’s clothes shop !! . Well done Stef and Sharon keep up the good work.

What I love about La De Da is the personal touch. They are all busy ladies but still find the time to do their live videos, click and collect, pay over the phone, put items by or just very helpful when I am in store.
Their clothes are lovely and I personally do not shop anywhere else anymore.

I do enjoy the live videos because us viewers are then able to see garments being worn, which is so much better than looking at pictures on a website.

I have bought some lovely items over the last couple of months and used the click and collect service, so didn’t try any of them on beforehand.
Ranging from bags, belts, different styles of trousers or jumpers and have not been disappointed. I’ve now got my eye on a couple of other items!

I really like that you do the live shows so you can actually see what the clothes look like on a person. I have had a good few items now, which always arrive quickly and such good quality. Im always keeping up to date with the new arrivals!

I love going into the shop in Broadstairs Not only are the staff friendly but they always go above & beyond to help you & are so knowledgeable about their products If something you like is not in the actual store they will source it for you & they value all their customers I just cannot praise them enough

La De Da have the best team of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are happy to advise about fit and whether something will suit and will always check other shop or warehouse if item wanted is not in stock. The clothes are varied and well priced.

Everytime I have visited the broadstairs store I have always been made to feel welcome and valued. The ladies give such good advice on what clothes they sell too which shows they really know the clothes they sell

I can always find a lovely dress or top or trousers or something for that special occasion and I don't need to spend a fortune on good quality clothing the staff are so helpfull and give honest feed back
