Q: What is the shipping cost in the UK?

A: Shipping is free for all overs over £75. Under this amount there will be a charge of £3.95. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. For more information, please see our Returns and Exchanges page.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your junk folder if you can't find it in you inbox.  You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes. Please contact us for shipping details.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: Please refer to our size guide on each product page for sizing recommendations. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Q: How do I care for my clothes?

A: Please refer to the care instructions on the label of each garment for specific care instructions. In general, we recommend washing in cool water and air drying to extend the life of your clothes.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes, we offer e-gift cards that can be redeemed on our website and in-store gift vouchers for in-store use only.
